Ginseng Roots, Peppermint, Anise, Chamomile, Lavender Flower, Motherwort, Hops, Sweet Roat, Hardhay, Green Oat, Valerion Roat.

Directions
Use one teabag for per person. Pour on freshly boiled water and allow to brew for 3-5 minutes. Best served without milk. Delicious either hot or iced, with honey added if you prefer to sweeten. Store in a cool dry place.
