Exploding glass bottles of Romanino 33.8 oz packet & manufactured in Italy - Partanna(TP)

I have been buying this product from a supermarket, but there is something wrong with the bottles or the amount in the botlles. Repeatedly, sealed bottles explod and the oil spills, before i have managed to open the bottle. I don't know if it has to do with expending the volume of the oil in the bottle in warmer temperatures. I've had at least 5 or 6 or more bottles explod on me within a year period. It creates a mess in the house which is very hard to clean!
